The most valuable thing is that this region of northern Greece used to be home of many different nations who lived in peace and created a great culture in peace. Once the region was separated in different pieces, everyone kept some of the other's culture. Thrace is a melting pot. I also loved the shop here. Good work!

  Do not miss! - This is a small museum in the center of Alexandroupoli, made from the private effort of Giannakidis' family. The building itself is very interesting, neoclassical 1899 house!
